what is a pre-claims chat?

a pre-claims chat is a group chat where goms can post their pcs/sets and have people CLAIM before they post to their account. it is not an interest check.

am i obligated to claim something?

no, you are not obligated to claim anything, but please remember why you are in the chat! do not ask to join if you do not plan on claiming anything.

do i have to claim the member i joined for?

no, you can claim any member, but similar to the previous question, do not ask to join for x member if you do not plan on claiming them!

does this guarantee my spot/claim in the go?

no! pre-claims are in order of priority or time of claim. if someone asks for the same claim before you do, and your set does not get filled, your spot is not guaranteed unless the gom is willing to cover claims. it will usually be stated in the caption of the post whether your set will go through or not.

PLEASE understand how group orders work before committing to a pre-claims chat. group orders are often a financial commitment and goms cannot always accommodate for you. if you’d like to understand how a group order works, there are many already existing sites and threads that explain it in detail!

what is a vce raffle?

for video call events, goms will sometimes raffle off the spot to a joiner! this means the winner’s name will be entered, not the gom.

how many raffle slots does a joiner get?

one claim = one slot. the more you claim, the higher the chance you get of winning! some goms will change how slot distribution works, make sure to read the caption/messages sent to understand how each gom works!

does winning the raffle guarantee a video call with the idol of my choosing?

no, you will only be ENTERED to the vce. all the claims are pooled together to ensure you have the highest chance of winning.

what do i get if i win the video call?

you will get your fan call, an album signed in your name, and any pobs that you claimed. the signed album version and signed member varies on store and event.

what apps do they use for the video call?

video call app depends on store/event. the gom will let you know beforehand what app it will require (usually kakaotalk or LINE). please set these up beforehand or ASAP, because the info is needed when entering the call.
